pk365c Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk365c", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the pk365c platform accessible at pk365c.org and all associated services.
• "Platform" refers to the pk365c website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, live casino, and all related digital services made available at pk365c.org.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a pk365c account.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the pk365c platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player from verified payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins value, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by pk365c prior to processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real money.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the pk365c Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk365c. pk365c reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where the platform has reason to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or that false information was provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk365c login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. pk365c will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

• You must not share your pk365c account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify pk365c support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• All bets placed and transactions conducted through your account are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach prior to those transactions occurring.
• pk365c recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling all available security features from within your account settings.

pk365c employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and follows international data security standards. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security, and pk365c encourages players to practice responsible credential management at all times.

All deposits and withdrawals at pk365c are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk365c supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time and will be displayed in your account dashboard.

• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. There are no currency conversion fees as all balances are maintained in PKR.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the platform's banking section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable KYC verification status.
• KYC Before Withdrawal: pk365c is required to verify your identity before processing your first withdrawal. You must submit valid identification documents as requested. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion.
• Same-Method Withdrawal: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. pk365c reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a deposit source.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are published in your account settings and may be adjusted based on your account verification level.

pk365c offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, which form part of this agreement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
• pk365c reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already claimed the bonus and is actively meeting the wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, is prohibited and may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.
• pk365c reserves the right to request additional verification from players claiming bonuses and to refuse bonus payments where fraud or abuse is suspected.

All sports betting markets, casino games, and card games offered on the pk365c platform are subject to the specific game or market rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.

• Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sporting body. pk365c reserves the right to void bets where results are subject to official appeal, disqualification, or where a pricing error has occurred.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. pk365c is not liable for the suspension of live betting markets due to data feed interruptions or technical issues.
• Casino Games: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are final once generated and displayed to the player.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, pk365c reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where a malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed win, pk365c is not liable to pay out the displayed amount and reserves the right to recover any amounts incorrectly credited.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sports markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted at pk365c's discretion.

pk365c is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from within your pk365c account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their pk365c account. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration alerts to help manage the time spent playing on the pk365c platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gaming may request self-exclusion from the pk365c platform. Self-exclusion periods are available from 6 months to permanent, and during this period pk365c will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the player from accessing their account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk365c platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one pk365c account or using another player's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer, or any multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the pk365c platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed through the pk365c platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pk365c staff or other players.

All content on the pk365c platform, including but not limited to the pk365c brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of pk365c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk365c platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk365c platform without the express prior written consent of pk365c.

Any unauthorised use of pk365c intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk365c shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk365c platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.

• pk365c does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• pk365c is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses arising from account suspension due to prohibited conduct.
• pk365c's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit pk365c's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk365c reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk365c will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active players via the platform or by email to the address registered on the account. Non-material amendments take effect immediately upon publication.

pk365c reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where a player has violated these Terms & Conditions, where a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or compliance obligations. In the event of account closure, any verified real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

Players may close their pk365c account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and any eligible balance will be returned following standard verification procedures.
